Holiday rentals in Donji Štrbci

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana. Klasse Aussenbereich, toller Ausblick und wirklich reine Privatsphäre ohne Nachbarn oder dergleichen - die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Die Betten sind neu und gemütlich. Edwin war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und wir hatten einen Obstteller, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßung! Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend, außerdem wurde der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht ‚perfekt‘ waren, wie in vielen Bewertungen beschrieben. Sehr wenig Schränke und wenig Stauraum, wir waren zu zweit mit Hund weswegen das Kinderzimmer als Kleiderzimmer diente. Im Bad waren Waschbecken, Duschstange und Klobrille locker. Bei der Küchenausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben. Bspw. Ein zweites größeres Schneidebrett, Eine zweite Pfanne oder ein Brotmesser. Das soll allerdings nicht den Eindruck über die grundsätzlich tolle Villa trüben! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

Logement dans un parfait état. Hôtes accueillants et toujours à l'écoute. Il s'agit d'un appartement mais c'est quasi une maison puisque tout l'étage y compris la terrasse, la piscine et l'accès sont privatifs . Les hôtes habitent au rez de chaussée, leur terrasse se trouve sur la façade opposée à la terrasse de l'appartement. Nous étions 5 et nous avions largement assez d'espace. Vous êtes à 200 m de la mer, 30minutes de Zadar, 1h du Nord de l'ile de Pag, 1h20 du parc de Plivitje, 1h30 de Split, bref à un endroit assez stratégique pour visiter et/ou randonner. Il y a des supérettes dans le village et un bon nombre de bons restaurants aux alentours. En résumé c'est vraiment un bel endroit où séjourner.

Замечательное проживание , нам все очень понравилось. Хозяева очень гостеприимные. Все удобства в апартаментах , море в 3х минутах. С удовольствием еще б вернулись. Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха или компании из 3-6 человек

As soon as we booked the house for us, also contacted the owner via message. We got a prompt reply with all the details we inquired about. Of course, we knew what we wanted to know regarding the kitchen, the grill, the boat, etc. Also they were very helpful during our stay, all the details we could sort out via message / photos / etc. We absolutely loved the place, relaxing and ideally located fro families. To use the boat we got vests for the kids, and of course we went for a "ride"! On the beautiful river, we went with kids....soooo amazing!! We had already experience, but the river is not that fast, so 2 adult was enough to come and go :) I would suggest to fix the missing sitting bench in the boat, but kids could sit down inside the boat, so problem solved. Thank you for having us in your house, we definitely suggest to other friends and to anyone if you fancy a place like this . .

Komunikacja i kontakt z Mają był wyjątkowo szybki, przyjazny, bezproblemowy - to tak dobre doświadczenie, że ciężko nie wspomnieć o tym jakże ważnym aspekcie :) instrukcje jasne i czytelne, Maja w wielu kwestiach była bardzo pomocna. Apartament czysty, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, najlepsze śniadania na tarasie z widokiem na zatoczkę i góry. serdecznie polecam :)

Paklenica is a marvelous place for hiking and climbing, also sea-swimming. At house we had all we needed for our stay and communication with Andrija&Valentina was smooth and active. They responded promptly to our questions. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your house.

Thanks to Belmont Realty for our stay at this very peaceful apartment! Amazing views from the balcony and in a quiet location it had everything we needed. The place is equipped with everything for cooking and relaxing. The host was super responsive and had excellent customer service thanks again for everything .
