La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Apartamento 100% reformado. Cuenta con salón-cocina, dos dormitorios (uno con cama de 1,50m y el segundo con cama de 1,35m) y un baño. Luminoso y ubicado en zona muy tranquila. Incluye Wifi. Cocina equipada con vitrocerámica, lavadora, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. A 18 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, a 20 minutos a pie de la playa de la Zurriola y 25 minutos a pie del casco viejo. ¡Tambien se puede coger el autobus n. 9 cada 15 minutos en frente del apartamento que lleva al centro!

The apartment is very conveniently located in the center of town. The connections are excellent. Bus stop 20 meters away in both directions towards San Sebastián and Irun. “Topo” line (similar to the metro) 100 meters away, towards San Sebastián and Endaia (France). Renfe station for any rail connection. Errenteria is a town with a lot of social and cultural life. The tourist office is 50 meters away. We don't have a beach, you have to take a bus and travel 6 km for 20 minutes and that's it.
