The house is perfect for family time , share memories , and excellent view

Beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic ocean! Accommodations for our family worked well with separate bedrooms and three and one half baths! Very private and peaceful patio area. Nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, but there are other swimming beaches a short drive away. There were a number of good restaurants in the area! The host was very responsive when we had a little maintenance issue with a lock. We all had a great time!

Incredible place, very responsive host and so peaceful! We really enjoyed the private beach, and amazing snorkeling at the reef. We loved the proximity to the wonderful restaurants at the Ritz reserve and many options in Dorado. The house is as described, we had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much for having us!!

This house is incredible. It’s spacious with a giant master bedroom. We stayed for a week with our family and my kids loved the toys and the play area on the deck. The rooftop had amazing views. We were lucky enough to spot a whale breaching as well as the surfers. There were a couple restaurants within walking distance that had really good food. Kristen even helped me book a travel masseuse for my wife and had fresh eggs delivered. I was very impressed with the experience. We would love to visit again.

Emmanuel's home is a magical unicorn: a pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with all the amenities in a real neighborhood, walking distance to good food and a beach. He gifted us a generous selection of snacks and drinks! We have never experienced this level of hospitality in any Airbnb in the world. This gated home has great ac, good lighting, and is well kept. Huge couch for lounging. Comfortable mattress, huge closet in main bedroom with attached full bath. Quality towels and plenty of them. A second full bath! Well-appointed kitchen. Good wifi. The fenced yard with canopy seating, a BBQ, a pool, and private gated parking make this home exceptional. This is our fourth visit to Puerto Rico and we would not hesitate to come back to Emmanuel's Dorado house. He is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout our stay.

Isabel's home is nothing short of amazing. The view, decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and most of all a responsive host. The view from almost every area of the home was relaxing and beautiful dawn to dusk. The privacy of the beach and the secure community made it top notch! We cannot wait to visit again.

This house is so worth it for many reasons but mostly for the yard. It was such a beautiful well kept place and the nature sounds at night unmatched. It is within the local community (which we love) so be respectful of your neighbors if you book. The hosts were very helpful and caring. We had a power outage when we were there and they immediately checked in on how we were. I also love the fact that there was a washer and dryer + beach equipment.

Great place, with a great host! We had a black out for two days but the house is equipped with a generator and Nimar was very proactive in ensuring that everything was working well. We had a great time at El Dorado beach!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

We had a party of 8 adults and the house was comfortable and spacious for all of us. Each couple had their own rooms with bathrooms which was a plus. The host was so helpful and very responsive. We will definitely will stay here again.

The apartment was squeaky clean and the kids enjoyed the small above ground pool. Oscar was very responsive and made us feel that if any issues should arise, he would attend to them immediately. During our stay the entire island suffered a power outage. When I opened my phone to inform him about it, there was already a message from him letting me know that there was a generator that would be turned on immediately so that our comfort would not be disrupted. Indeed it was not. We enjoyed staying in Oscar's lovey home.

We loved our stay! Pictures imply little larger space in backyard and kitchen but that had no negative impact for us. Home was very clean, comfortable, stylish and on a quiet street which was very relaxing for us. The pool, pool toys and outdoor seating were also wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great!

Rob’s place was perfect for our group of nine ranging in age from 18 months - 84. The backyard pool and covered patio area was where we spent the most time at the house. The local beach was a short walk away and other beaches were short drives away. There is a full bathroom connected to the pool house which was an added benefit. The mattresses were very comfortable; everyone slept well. The kitchen was well stocked for a group that likes to cook. The house runs on solar and has battery backup if needed. Rob was quick to respond to any questions. We loved it an hope to return next year.

Yaileen was a wonderful host — very friendly and responsive. The space was immaculate, easy to get to, and quiet. I really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and beach — great for the kids. I highly recommend to future guests.

Double gated community had its pros and cons. Pro - upscale double gated community. Near San Juan. Pool and outdoor seating. Great restaurants and a nice beach. Cons - double gated was a hassle to get into/leave on a daily basis. consider sharing code for easier access. Maintenance of the subdivision takes a full day. It is loud. Interrupted our pool day. property is located near entrance so you hear traffic in and out

We had an amazing stay! The house is super spacious and all the rooms are clean and well maintained. Host was responsive and gave local recommendations. Pretty much every amenity we could think of was present. The area is very safe, as it’s a gated community. We had a little trouble finding the place with a taxi the first day, but nothing bad. Beach and several restaurants are nearby.

This was the second time we booked this property. Location is absolutely priceless. And Otto is super responsive and goes above and beyond. We definitely recommend and will probably be back in the near future.

Amazing spot ! Spotless as soon as you walk in. A very beautiful, quiet and private neighborhood. More than enough space and AC was AMAZINGGGG! Will definitely be renting here every time I come visit.

Geo's place was a fantastic place to stay. The place was spotless and as advertised. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes for our party of 13. The location is excellent. I loved the balcony for coffee in the mornings. Ocean beach, food kiosks and bars/restaurants were only around the block. All within an easy walk. Also enjoyed the nightly music playing at the open bars in the block behind the house. Had the pleasure of meeting Geo's family who were delightful. We had a wonderful stay and are already planning a return trip. Thank you for being excellent hosts.

I don't have enough words on my vocabulary to describe the great communication that Geo's keeps with us at all times. At the time to check-in we meet with Rose which was very kind. She keeps the place very clean and with a Lavander fragrance that makes my family feel like we were at home. We also meet with Geo's parents which brought us a loaf of bread for breakfast. To me that shows great hospitality and the importance of making the guests feel like they are at home. In another topic all descriptions were accurate allowing us to create great family memories at the walking distance to the beach and restaurants nearby. Is not doubt in my mind that if I travel back to Puerto Rico this place would be my first choice. Thanks Geo for being a great host.
