Outdoor we have a large pool, electric heating jacuzzi, gourmet area and bathrooms We are located 35 km from the center of Capitolio MG, 15 km from Santo Hilário and 100 meters from the Estância de Furnas Club and Furnas Dam and Lake access. Note: When renting you have exclusivity of the entire property! No sharing spaces.

Well located house in the center of Piumhi (between Capitolio and Serra da Canastra), close to restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, bank branches, etc. The house has a leisure area, a garage for up to 4 cars, WI-FI (wireless internet). Comporta up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms (2 bathrooms, with a double bed in one bedroom and a single bed in another. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed. All rooms have a ceiling fan.

New, cozy house, fully equipped with air-conditioning, refrigerator, stove, air fryer, coffee maker, Alexa, and heated water in the shower and kitchen and bathroom sinks. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood! The accommodation is lovingly prepared to welcome our guests to make them feel at home! We provide bed linen and towels. We are close to the exits for the main tourist attractions in the region: Serra da Canastra, Capitólio and Santo Hilário.
