Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage zwischen Dorfgastein und Bad Hofgastein. Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, einen kleinen Vorraum, Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC + Fenster, eine geräumige Wohnküche mit voll ausgestatteter Küche (Kühlschrank, E-Herd mit Backrohr, u. einen Geschirrspüle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschinen (Filter und Kapseln). Alle Räume sind sonnendurchflutet und haben Balkone. Es gibt 2 Fernseher. Im Keller ist ein Schuhtrockner, vor dem Haus sind genügend Parkplätze.

Wi-Fi is free for you, as well as free parking is available right in front of the house. Balcony with seating possibility. A washing machine and dryer are available opposite a fee.

The apartment with its own entrance on our organic mountain farm, which is located at 1000 m above sea level, consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a corner bench and a pull-out sofa bed, an anteroom with a wardrobe, a bedroom, a new toilet and a newly designed bathroom with shower. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the farm. Treat yourself to a break and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Hohe Tauern and the tranquility on the edge of the forest.

Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.
