This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Inkpen Cottage, just like "the holiday" film, with annexe and extension making it very stylish and quirky. Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. Then when the sun goes down, and the stars come out, Fire up our BBQ, and enjoy the views into the Jurassic Coastline, under the stars - Completely away from the rest of the world! Wake up and dive straight into the sea for a refreshing swim! - Communal shower facilities and toilets are located a 50m walk from the hut, and our beds are lovely and comfy.
