I traveled with my family, everyone was very happy with the place, it is quite comfortable and spacious. Santiago was very friendly and helpful. We had a very good stay. We really liked it!

The accommodation of Mrs. Maria Helena and Beatriz is very nice and cozy. I want to highlight the gift of service, patience and delicacy with the deal as they were very pending and cordial on my arrival in the city despite being late due to travel inconveniences. The apt is very nice, with very comfortable beds and the neighborhood is very quiet and cozy. An important plus is the access to the parking lot offered by the hosts; and they had in the place a delicious coffee of which is enchanted. All the utensils needed for a quiet and good stay, which is also suitable for long stays. Thank you so much for your attention, the welcome and for addressing our concerns. it was an awesome place!!!! very big and spacious apartment!!! the building was pretty well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful!!! The taxi drivers do recognize the building's name (Picasso) and that makes your life easier when you give them directions! the bed was pretty comfy and the view was exelent!!! it was a great place to stay in!!!

Great place to stay, the balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning, the pool was beautiful. lots of great places within walking distance. Pierre was quick to respond and proactively suggested places to visit and try. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Pereira!

Excellent! Marcela is a wonderful host, and the most helpful host I have ever stayed with. She goes above and beyond to make guests have a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent. It’s spacious and quiet. Nearby, there are a lot of options for food, coffee, and gyms. The Parque Arboleda mall is a 5 minutes away, and has everything you could need.

This Place is perfect in every aspect. It was Clean, Quiet, with all amenities, closer to grocery shop and restaurants. We loved this place. The only problem I faced was that the keys of Bedroom and Bathroom was not available in the house and since the room got locked we had to struggle for the checkout but the owner immediately send the help and the problem was resolved. Just we faced issue because of communication gap rest all was fine.

A very good place, with very clean and well-maintained equipment. The complex has large spaces in case you go with children or pets to go out and do activities with them. Well located and the host was very helpful in resolving all issues.
