Refurbished duplex studio. A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.

This pretty renovated 50 m2 apartment located in the center of Doussard, is decorated in a chalet style, for a warm and soothing atmosphere! Between the lake, mountains and paragliders :) , its location in the hyper-center allows you to move around as much as possible on foot or by bike.
