Located next door to The Governor Generals home is this Iconic 200 year old building loaded with History. The Famous Lucy Maud Montgomery used to live in this building while attending University. This bright basement suite has plenty of space for fun/relaxation, and is just a short hop to the Halifax ferry! I often travel around for work, and lend my apartment out to friends, family when I'm gone. I'm happy to share this spacious apartment with a bright bedroom with twin bunks (not suited for adults), large kitchen and a cozy living room with a work desk and queen bed. Our large recently remodelled basement is where you will be staying. Enjoy all the amenities you need in a location that can't be beat. You will be located a five minute walk to Lake Banook and fifteen minute walk to downtown Dartmouth or the ferry to Halifax. Fifteen minute walk to grocery store and twenty minute drive from Halifax Airport. Our street is right on the bus route to Halifax. If you are travelling with a child under 3, they would fit in the space with you, comfortably.
