Monthly Rentals in Downtown Providence

The listing was clean, inviting and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. We loved the skull ice cubes in the freezer and appreciated the outlets next to each side of the bed. It was easy to log into all of our streaming apps on the TV and easy to connect our phones to the Bluetooth speaker when we wanted to listen to music. The location was very central to local restaurants, pubs and shops. The only downside was the concert hall in the same building, but the noise was not as bad as I anticipated and, overall, we had a pretty quiet and peaceful stay. We really liked the keypad entry to the building and the Dunkin Donuts right next door made for an easy coffee run in the mornings. Very nice place to stay we were very happy!

Very great stay at James place! He was super attentive and a great host! The unit was perfectly located and the building was very unique with food and coffee options right inside the building. Would stay again it was a 5 star stay!

The place was bigger than we thought it was going to be. It was in a very great location, and was in walking distance to just about anything you can think of. The hosts were very responsive and if we return to the comic con next year we look forward to staying here again. Checkin and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Scott’s place was absolutely beautiful! Scott was waiting outside during check in and gave us a quick tour of the place before handing off the keys. His place is complete with a guide book and he also recommended a few extra places! The place was extremely clean and was in a phenomenal location. We will definitely book with Scott again our next time in Providence!
