Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Sarasota

The home was awesome. Cool property history and overall vibe, immaculately clean and in a great location. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a Sarasota vacation.

This place was very clean and quiet. The location is fantastic! I would happily stay here again.

Elizabeth's cottage was absolutely perfect for us! Comfortable, quiet and a nice walkable neighborhood. There is a beautiful park outside the neighborhood with a very nice walking path lined with trees and a great playground for kids. There is also a very long walking, hiking, biking trail very close to the neighborhood. Next time we will rent bikes to take advantage of that!! A variety of grocery stores are a close drive. (Detwilers is a great grocery store and has the best icecream that is very reasonable!! I think for 2 double scoops was around $6.00 ) Elizabeth's screened pool and lanai was just welcoming to sit and enjoy. And her little dog Blu is so cute and likes to say hello. There is even a little jar of treats for him. There is beach equipment and towels for your use and a full kitchen and outdoor grill. Your space and Elizabeths back porch are connected. But this was never an intrusion. It all worked out great!! We will be back! No doubt about it!

Many, many thanks to both of you (Andrea and Mike) for making our daughter’s 3-month stay in Sarasota so wonderful! The Frog house was a perfect home-away-from-home while she completed a local internship! The cottage is in such a great location within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants and shopping. It is also very private and secure with a security gate and fence. Andrea and Mike were always immediately responsive when needed. Could not have asked for a better long-term stay!
