Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Tucson

I loved the house. Super clean, stylish, tastefully decorated/renovated. Had everything I needed. Peaceful location, easy to park. The owners always responded immediately to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

great location, walkable to down town, high end kitchen appliances. we felt safe. bathroom was on the small side but was just my husband and me so wasnt a big deal. it worked for us. easy access to running/walking trail (about 1/2 mile away)

We enjoyed our stay! Had everything we needed in a great location. The loft is not for the faint of heart- would have been a hit with kids but as regular sized adults it was a little much. However, there was a fold out couch downstairs we could have used but opted not to. Overall would recommend but make sure you are in decent shape to climb the steep stairs and crouch considerably.

The place is furnished nicely and you can tell that a lot of attention was given to the finer details.
