Monthly Rentals in Downtown West, Minneapolis

The location is fantastic. You are very close to the high-end dining and great places to stop in and grab a bite. There is a little bit of street noise but nothing that kept me awake. While the building is historical, it has undergone many updates and renovations. I didn’t experience any technical issues with the building. The gardens and grounds were beautiful. October in MN, the weather is unpredictable. When the first few days were still warm and the evenings chilly and the building had not switched from air conditioning to heat, I mentioned to Judy that I was chilly in the evenings. She produced a small space heater that kept me toasty and warm. The apartment is well furnished and well laid out. The only downside for me was none of the closet space accommodated a long garment. I simply hung a hook over the door in front of the washer/dryer so I could hang my dresses. The secure parking ramp was on the next block which was perfect and easy to use. I would stay with Judy again.

What a beautiful building and great location! We reserved a studio apartment. Clean and everything you need. It was an easy trip from the airport on the blue line metro and a 3 min walk to the building. The building is directly across the street from the baseball park. It was ideal to attend a game. We saw pictures on the listing overlooking the ball field but assumed our room would not have that view, and it didn't. However, as guests, we had access to the 18th floor which had amazing views of the field! It was a great spot to hang out before the game and before our room was ready. Nate at the front desk was so helpful! They were able to hold our bags until checkin. We had breakfast at Hope, just a few steps from the building. It was great and we wished we could have tried everything on the menu! We hope to stay again in the future!

Nice and much better than a hotel

It was an amazing stay at Tyler’s place. He was very helpful throughout. Will definitely come back.
