The apartment is on the 9th floor of the "Corbusierhaus", with a wonderful view over Berlin, small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, parquet. Very good connection: 3 min to the S-Bahn S3/ S9 and 10 min to the U-Bahn U2 / Olympia Stadium. The Corbusierhaus is only available twice in the world. It is famous for its architectural uniqueness, both outside and inside. Private parking available.

Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

In the apartment, you are undisturbed, can cook, bathe, be lazy, sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine. And explore Berlin. (No lake nearby.)
