Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The villa has 4 beds divided into two rooms (see photos of daybed). It is possible to bring mattresses to the last room of the house or a tent to the garden. The garden contains a stone terrace where, among other things, a gas grill is located.

I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
