Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Holiday house Mareta is located in Savar on island Dugi otok. Nicely and comfortably furnished house in a quiet part of the island and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Capacity of the house is for 4 guests, with one bedroom with a double bed and with sofa bed in the living room suitable for two people. There is also a big terrace with a beautiful seaview. The apartment is air conditioned, with WiFi and SAT / TV. Our house is ideal pleace to relaxe from the chaotic city life.

Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Back in 1930, after leaving Dragove to work in New York , grandpa Mate built a beautiful house opposite the old one in harmony with nature surroundings. Almost 90 years later we’re following the very same path of grandpa Mate by retaining the originality of the house and combining it with modern retro comfort. Grandpa Mate House is based on Dugi Otok at the edge of the village Dragove. The house was restored in 2017.
