Ideal for families and groups of up to 12 people. 4 bedrooms (11 beds), 2 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen. Exclusive access to the property: terrace, garden, summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha, trampoline, pétanque, volleyball, heated swimming pool from May to September, and longer if the weather permits. I am discreetly present in a separate accommodation and remain available if needed.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort and a high-quality welcome, and we are constantly working to improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

We propose a little loft with 3 beds ( 5 guests is possible ). Warning , two beds in "mezzanine".. Kitchen and shower , all well equipped. Thirty minutes from Nice , about forty minutes from Monaco , Italia 's boarder.. all kind of activities around :, many touristic places to discover, trekking, fishing, swimming ..

The house is near a free public parking and village center (bakery, grocer, pharmacy, doctor, bus stop ...) And 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. Drap is 5-10 minutes drive from Nice Est (motorway), and 15-20 minutes from the port and beaches of Nice.
