House61 Sveta Marina, 1st floor, my balcony

The newly built house in 2017 has a very pleasant charm that is infectious, never tires and always surprises you anew. It is a pleasure to stay in and around the house. Simply ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The apartment on the 2nd floor of the house offers a fantastic panoramic view of the open sea. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, "Sunprotect" windows deflect direct sunlight. Continuous underfloor heating for the cold months.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot). Bungalow has bright living room with kitchen and dining area, balcony, garden, bathroom, small hallway and bedroom.

A spacious terrace is adorned with lounge chairs and a dining table set for two. Colorful fabric covers the chairs, and a blooming potted plant adds greenery. A retractable awning provides shade, while a panoramic view of nature is visible in the distance.
