The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Villa Alba is a holiday home on the east coast of Istria with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a heated pool, and a covered summer kitchen. It has 5 stars. It is located in a natural, quiet environment, it will satisfy all those who want to relax and enjoy with family or friends. From the upper floor of the house, where there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the terrace offers a magnificent and open view of the Kvarner Bay. The harmonious interior gives a feeling of comfort and calmness.

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.
