Large sheltered garden, with spacious terrace at the chalet. Elevated plateau in the forest, overlooking nature. There are many cycling, hiking and mountain biking routes in the area.

Close to the Tree Crown Trail, the beautiful swimming lake the Nije Hemelriek and climbing park "Joy Time" . A little more away: Drouwenerzand amusement park.

You are welcome in cabin de Merel on our cozy little Estate Camping near National Park Dwingelderveld and Weerribben-Wieden. The campsite meadow, with 8-10 pitches, is located at the back of the monumental manor farm. The former haystack houses a unique canning museum and country restaurant in the summer months. Beds are made on arrival, towels and kitchen towels are provided. We will bring clean towels and kitchen towels in consultation.
