Spacious terraced house overlooking the canal!

This 4-story house (garage, living area, bedrooms and attic) is for rent for 3 2 bedroom that just had a renovation, as well as the bathroom. In consultation this can also be for a longer period. The living room is "private" (like the other rooms) but it is fine to sit at the dining table to eat. Usage of the kitchen is allowed, without using my own food of course etc. Downstairs is an extra refrigerator where groceries can be put if necessary. The garden is south facing, nice and sunny.

The bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a leaf-patterned duvet cover. A natural woven light fixture hangs from the ceiling. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, with a view of the outside greenery. A bedside table is positioned next to the bed.

Slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, koelkast, gedeelde badkamer, wc en een achtertuin. Voor de Tt gasten biedt ik een haal en breng service aan per auto. Kosten zijn 10 euro per dag. Ontspannen wakker worden met een kop koffie of thee met vogel en water geluiden. Allemaal naast het Lariksbos. 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum Assen, 30 minuten lopen naar Station Assen. Of pak de ov fiets en ben er in 7 min. Met de bus binnen 30 min in Groningen centrum.

Traditional Dutch house in Groningen

Typical Dutch city 30s home. Light, clean and comfortable. Cllimb 4 stairs, and the sight over Groningen is marvellous from our roof terrace: a lovely quiet and private place to enjoy in summer time. Modern furnished and complete house in a quiet neighborhood in the south of Groningen. A stone's throw from the Paterswoldsemeer, nature reserve "De Onlanden" and the Martini Hospital. The city center is only 10-15 minutes away with bicycles available at the house. Free parking in front of the door and good connection to the city ring road. We warmly welcome you. In short, nothing beats Groningen!

Welcome to Meppel, the nicest town in Drenthe. My home is in the city center. Your accommodation is opposite the two supermarkets Jumbo and Lidl and close to all the nice shops, restaurants and pubs. The train/bus station is about an 8-minute walk away. Giethoorn/Hunnebedden in Havelte are nearby.

Comfortable, spacious and cozy home in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to city center, ring road accessible in 2 minutes, all amenities nearby. Not suitable for people with a cat allergy due to the presence of pussycat Kaatje.
