Our sustainable barn house has all the comforts and offers views of "de Peizer Molen". Enjoy a delicious dinner at our neighbors; restaurant de Peizer Hopbel and cafe-restaurant Bij Boon. Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not located in a vacation park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018, it was completely renovated and furnished with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing is that it is in the middle of the trees. All the freedom on our own 1100m2 property! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

Guesthouse "De Kraanvogel" The cozy log cabin can be found on the grounds of a farmhouse and has its own driveway. Sheltered under a wooden wall, you can look out towards the Fochtelooërveen and into the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or other crops. The log cabin contains a bedroom, bathroom and living room and the whole can be heated with a wood stove. You can make your own cup of coffee or tea in the log cabin.

In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!

Our guest house is located in a beautiful spot on the Hondsrug. Here you are surrounded by nature: ancient woods, sandy paths, rolling fields, squirrels, deer and a wide variety of birds. Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and centuries-old dolmens.
