Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

The charm of the old stone, especially the vaulted room, combined with the more designer furniture and the waxed concrete floor. Bright and pleasant rooms. In winter, from December to March, come discover and enjoy the truffles of the estate and enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove.

On sunny days, our free-access swimming pool with stunning views of the 3 Becs mountain, without any overlooking, in order to fully enjoy this authentic nature. In the off season, nature takes on beautiful colors, and in the evening a wood stove provides warmth and relaxation

Disconnect, admire the view over the Ardèche mountains, go for a walk, enjoy the private whirlpool, terrasse and garden or explore the numerous activities Tournon sur Rhône has to offer. We speak English, German and French and would be delighted to help you in putting together your program.

The Norwegian Cabin

Come and take a little trip into the Norwegian atmosphere, and enjoy a Nordic bath in the heart of nature The cabin is located in Piégros la Clastre, at the foot of the foothills of the Saou forest. Take in views of the forest, Piégros Castle, the mountains, and the starry sky at night. Immerse yourself in a hot, steaming bath, lulled by the sounds of the forest: owls, deer... The Nordic bath is not available in summer due to the risk of fire.
