Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Drottningholm

We had a fantastic time there. The location on the water is absolutely great. We got into town either by bike or by public transport. Communication with Börje was always very good. We can only recommend the accommodation.

A peaceful hideaway by the water. We had a truly wonderful extended weekend at Daniel’s house in Sweden. The place is exactly what we were hoping for - beautiful, peaceful, and with a stunning location right by the water. The house itself is stylish, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we instantly felt at home. Every detail in the house reflects care and thoughtfulness - it’s clear this is a place made for guests to feel at ease. Daniel was a fantastic host – warm, responsive and helpful throughout. Communication was smooth and kind from beginning to end, which made everything feel effortless. One small note for future guests: the pier shown in some of the pictures is no longer there. It didn’t take anything away from the experience, but it’s good to know in advance. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in this cosy and beautiful home. The view was stunning and it was great to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Communication with Susanne was perfect and public transport to the city/airport very easy. We can definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Anders’s home. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved having a fire in the fireplace. There was a good strong shower with plenty of hot water. The location was ideal for visiting Sigtuna. We would come again to visit.

A tasteful and very charming and cozy house in an amazingly nice setting! Fully equipped, the only thing we missed was toaster but a wonderful fireplace and plenty of barbecue facilities. We enjoyed the magical orangery and thought it was cozy with our own chickens (and eggs). We received such a warm welcome from Markus and Matilda who also responded quickly and care that we had a great stay. And we really did, despite the power outages (which are of course outside the impact of the host couple). Possibly it was a bit in the smallest team, we who were 6 people and wanted to stay in the same house, but the host couple were very generous and care that we enjoyed and offered all the comfort we could possibly wish for. Such a nice weekend on the whole! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Erik's amazing house. Lake view, home remnants, everything you needed was available: in the kitchen, toys for the kids, close to swimming and forest as well as larger beach for warmer days. Very happy with our stay, and would love to come back!

Great friendly responsive host. Lovely house with everything you need. Close to tram and metro which makes trips into stockholm easy. We got snow which is what the children wanted. Seeing the deer and squirrels in the garden made our toddlers trip as he was convinced they were santas reindeer. Thankyou for hosting us. Only downside was the hot tub listed is actually a jacuzzi bath which was the main reason we booked this property. This was clarified too late to change our booking.

Not only is Amalia’s flat a stunning and peaceful place to stay while visiting Stockholm, but she is an extremely helpful and responsive host who made our stay easy and enjoyable! Cannot recommend enough.

Thomas’s family home is beautiful. We felt like we had a home in the heart of Gamla Stan (old town), Stockholm for the few days we were there. It’s such a beautiful space to relax after long walks around the picturesque cobbled streets and sampling food from the many delicious restaurants. Thanks for having us!

Wow…did not realize when we booked Elisabeth’s apartment we would be totally surrounded by Old Stockholm’s history. What a wonderful place to stay when visiting Stockholm. We walked the entire city during our visit. We will be back!

This apartment makes you feel like you are home away from home. It feels lived in unlike some other apartments that can feel quite sterile and cold. It spacious enough for everyone to feel like they have their own bit of the apartment. Very convenient in terms of location with a subway stop near by but also lots to do within the neighborhood itself. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

I had a great stay at this place! The room was spacious and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was being able to walk through a beautiful and clean neighborhood to reach major sightseeing spots — it really added to the experience. There were also supermarkets, a liquor store, and some stylish restaurants just around the corner, which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Stockholm! The elevator is handy for lugging bags and strollers up to the apartment, it’s well situated so you can walk to restaurants and shops in Söder, and public transport is easily accessible. Marie was super helpful and communicative as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at Linnea's house for two nights. The kids enjoyed the child friendly place. The cats were lovely too!

We had a fantastic trip to Sweden and used Anna's Villa as our base for our adventures. Whilst being very close to Stockholm, about 20 mins, it was also very quiet out in the suburbs and close to some parks, forests and a lovely beach. The bedrooms we're great with large comfy beds. The kitchen was very well appointed and there was LOADS of space for us all to relax in the evenings. The sauna, jacuzzi and bathroom was a great way to relax after a busy day exploring. There was an outdoor hot tub too but we ran out of time to try it out. Anna was great and gave us loads of tips and advice during our stay. We would definitely recommend this as a great base for exploring and relaxing in the evening.

This was a lovely place to stay with your family. Lots of outdoor and indoor space. The jetty was lovely and the swimming was great. Beautiful view. Bright with windows and outdoor access around the house.

We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful - well cared for and wonderfully designed - and the panoramic view of the archipelago is amazing. We spent a few days just swimming from the private jetty and enjoying the view but the location is also a short drive to Nacka Strand, so we took the commuter ferry to visit Stockholm too. Chicki also particularly recommended the Artipelag gallery near Gustavsberg, so we had a lovely day there too, enjoying their sculpture trail through the forest by the sea. I would very much recommend this lovely Airbnb, its location and the helpful hosts.

We had a great stay at Kalle & Josefine's home. We were there on holidays for the new year and to visit stockholm. The house is well equiped and comfortable. The sauna is really very appreciated. We are very close to a train station, so it is very easy to get to stockholm.
