Large villa with lake views in Sigtuna

Charming villa with lake view a stone's throw from the city center, only 5 min walking distance from Sigtuna's picturesque pedestrian street. The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in guest house with connection to the house and offers ample space for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from its own jetty that has a swimming area. In the house there is both a sauna as well as a fireplace and two tiled stoves that brighten the stay.

In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Today turned into a residence with several patios, several fireplaces, modern floor plan with well-preserved original features matched with focus on interior details, function and lots of love. 9 rooms, two bathrooms, large cleaning room and large professional kitchen. Sunny and private 2500 sqm garden. We are looking for a discrete family or couple that take good care of our beloved house.

Waterside Cottage w/Fireplace, near village square

This is at the edge of the water with a deck at the waterside. We have 1 bedroom with a double bed & a single bed. ( If your group is larger , you may rent our other stuga : SeaView Cottage in the garden of the same villa. In the other cottage there is room for 2-3 adults & 2 children in a loft) Sorry No WiFi ! please use your own mobile or wireless internet source. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende.Upplev fåglar och Ekkorrar. Ät måltiderna utomhus om ni vill,finns många sittytor. Det går att sitta ute under tak om det regnar. Mycket blåbärsris på tomten att plocka. Från tomten kan ni göra vandringar på värmdöleden och omslukas av ljuvlig natur. Om vädret tillåter kan ni tända en Vikingabrasa utomhus,eller varför inte unna er några sittningar i en vedeldad bastu? Vid kyliga kvällar tänder ni gjutgärnskaminen inne,där ni kan njuta av eld

Brand new designer villa on private lake side property. You see the lake wherever you go. Small sandy beach (mixed small stones). You will feel like you are alone on the lake. No motorboats allowed. Only sound from birds and the wind. Shoppingcenter and foodcourt 10 minutes away. Central Stockholm 25 minutes. Everything for the kids; Trampoline, bicycles, kayaks, toys, cutlery. (We have 3 children). So safe with fences, gates. Wonderful natural forrest where you can hike for hours. Artlovers.
