This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. This house is located in a quiet environment, outside the city but close to it. The panoramic view will allow you to relax and forget about the hectic city life and the noise and stress that cities bring. The house is located on a plot of 1500 m2, and it is 100 m away from the nearest neighbor, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, next to a private, heated, panoramic pool, available from mid-April to the end of October, there are spacious, landscaped, open and covered terraces. Parking is free.

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
