Loved the location of the property. It is a safe neighborhood and there is a Dairy Queen just down the street that you can walk to. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host and all of the amenities that were included.

Nice vacation apartment in a great location. Close walk to many restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique shops, and other entertainment. Comfortable bed, couch and pillows. Off-street parking is very appreciated. Arrival and departure were very easy with the host’s fluid communication. The unit was great for a weekend trip to the Columbus entertainment districts.

Gretchen’s place was perfect for a very extended stay in Westerville. We were there 3 weeks and appreciated the layout of the first floor - plenty of space to spread out. The weather wasn’t warm enough to use the front porch, but it looked great. The house is right next to Otterbein University, but campus is very quiet. Parking was easy and safe. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are plenty of pillows and blankets. We were very comfortable there, and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property! We were so fortunate to find this place for OSU graduation weekend. The house was spacious and provided us the opportunity to have our friends and family all stay together. The kitchen has a large island which was perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Each room also had a sound machine which was such a thoughtful touch. The fenced backyard is also a great space with a hot tub that was enjoyed. All around it just felt very comfortable and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations!

This home was absolutely wonderful! You can truly feel the history it holds. The neighbor next door was so friendly, tending to his garden—it added to the charm of the neighborhood. I felt completely safe and was able to walk to everything. The backyard is stunning, and the thoughtfully curated book collection is a beautiful touch. The bedrooms are very spacious. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything that came up. Just a few doors down is a lovely bookstore, and each morning we enjoyed walking to nearby coffee shop. That said, the host has a well-stocked coffee station that would satisfy any coffee lover. Parking was no problem at all we were well informed by the host about nearby garages. On the last night, I even found open street parking just past Frankfurt and City Park, which didn’t appear to require a permit overnight (though spots are limited). Highly recommend this home!

Ryan was very responsive and very kind to give us an early checkin in. The house is in a great location. 15 minutes to all of Columbus. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The outside pool area is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and the host is very generous with quantity. Plenty of room.

Apart from the small bathroom tub which is convenient for one person everything else stood out. The appliances were upto date, very comfortable bed and clean towels/linens. The host was very friendly and gave us early check in and late checkout . Overall Robert is a very stand up guy, accommodating, respectful and responsive. All his recommendations of the restaurant and local places were spot on. I would definitely stay in his establishment again.

Stayed here while visiting my son who attends OSU. Everything was as described. Had a few questions and always quick to respond. I was grateful that we were able to checking early. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Nice walkable neighborhood near restaurants shops.
