An ideal base for couples & families, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and with lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. We welcome well behaved dogs, kids & their owners!

It’s a short walking distance to the lovely Prestonfield Hotel, a unique hotel with highland cows and peacocks , which you will hear in summer. It’s walking distance to the centre and Arthur seat. My airbnb is Quite, Spacious bright and close to city centre, with free parking on premises( On Driveway), access to private garden , wireless internet, tv freeview. Separate huge living area, separate bathroom, with separate entrance which is suitable for 3people. Quite and safe neighbourhood, close to portobello beach and foot of aurter seat and close to city centre. 10 mintues to auther seat close to holylrood palace.

New conversion 2 minute walk to Brunstane train station then a 7 minute journey to Edinburgh Waverley city centre, trains are every 30 minutes into town. Great Lothian Regional Transport (LRT) buses nearby as well. A lovely 20 minute walk into Portobello for loads of bars and restaurants plus the bonus of being right next to the beach. About 30 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful golf courses in Scotland.
