From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
