Beachfront holiday rentals in Duna Verde

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

We had a pleasant stay. The hostess is really great – warm, helpful and responsive at all times, there is great praise for that! The accommodation itself is out of date, but it is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location was not particularly exciting for us, especially for children, there were only a few opportunities for employment in the area. Overall still a great stay thanks to the great hostess!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice, large apartment with great views of Piran from the roof terrace. Roman and Kathi respond immediately to messages if something is unclear.

We had a great time at the beautiful place, the walk to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and we liked spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

We had a great holiday in Vanessa's apartment and the beautiful surroundings. Vanessa gave us lots of tips and was proactive with communication. She welcomed us warmly and gave us great information. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again. Thank you Vanessa!

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

great accommodation, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. This place in Jesolo surprised us a lot, it didn't even feel like it was in Jesolo. House well located in a very quiet area and with lots of greenery around it is located in a beautiful area especially. Super nice neighbors, what to say is one of those places you would like to come back right away not to mention the design of the house and the cleanliness and the immense space there is. If you want to spend a small vacation in Jesolo or a weekend in tranquility, I recommend this place.

Alessandro's apartment was like the description. Everything we needed was available. We even got small bowls and an espresso pot. You just have to ask yourself and it will be made possible, which is possible. Apartment was clean and super equipped with three terraces (the third is only for standing and enjoying the view). Very convenient was also the first breakfast downstairs on the ground floor. and of course the umbrella and the two loungers (with us in the first row, yeah). The correspondence with Alessandro was commendable. He has written more often on his own. If you don't want it so lifted off, the apartment is just right. And of course we loved being at the beach in three minutes. Thank you for everything.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the promenade, but the children's room is on the quiet backside; not even a 5-minute walk to the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this overall package, the price we paid (in the off-season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can sometimes only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito nets could be attached to the windows and doors. Everything else is great, thank you!

Great stay, everything perfect as described, ample space, clean, host always available, what more could you ask for? The most beautiful part is in the basement, a huge living room with a pool table and a very large bathroom! Highly recommended!

We had a very nice time in Barbara's apartment. Barbara and her family are very personable and friendly. The offer to rent bikes for the trip to the harbor was great for us. Having the mix of city and at the same time tranquility in nature was a great fit for us. Despite the moderately beautiful weather, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Casa Tey matches the listing and the host is friendly and accurate. Quiet area, close to a children's park, the sea and essential amenities. Great for families (even numerous like ours).

Adequate place and host available. I recommend a car cover as the parking lot is located in the pine forest and the presence of numerous birds creates discomfort. Recommended
