Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

AMETISTA Suite is a 70sqm of show! Located on the second floor and overlooking the Grand Canal of the Murano island, 5 windows and a balcony, a real Suite with unique brightness and incredible view. Restored in 2017 with latest generation lights, independent heating, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, a splendid bathroom of engraved marble decorated by hand with gold and silver leaves, it is a simply idyllic property.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

Seafront studio in a very central area, ideal for couples or singles. It has a beach spot with an umbrella and two sunbeds in an excellent location and private parking in front of the apartment included at no extra cost (for tourists the park would cost 18 euros/day and the umbrella with sunbeds this year would cost a fortune, if you can find them)
