Recently refurbished, two bedroom self-contained house, with private off road parking. Situated close to Dundee city centre, fantastic base to explore Dundee and the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. The fantastic newly opened V&A Museum and Dundee Waterfront is only a few minutes drive. Close to lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry, with its beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. Golfers would be delighted with both St Andrews and Carnoustie a short drive away.

Less than 5 mins from River Tay waterfront, nice walks, pubs, restaurants, beach, castle and other tourist attractions. Dundee 9 min drive or 15 mins on the bus (stop 3 mins walk from door). Attractions such as the V&A, Discovery and McManus Gallery all within easy reach. Carnoustie, St Andrews and numerous golf course all within an easy drive.
