Chase the Sun Love the Moon 20 min to Mich Stadium

A private entry and plenty of on street parking make arrival and departure easy. The comfortable living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps two people as well as a pull out twin bed. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator as well as a toaster oven and electric kettle. One bedroom has a full size bed & the other has a twin/trundle. The Apartment is in what back in the day was the town doctor's office and is attached to the owner's house. We think you'll be very comfortable!

River Raisin Retreat Relax and Restore!

This walkout guest studio w/private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.

A separate side room includes a private shower, sink, eating area with table & chairs, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, & coffee maker; (light breakfast included). The private half bath is located on the main floor at the top of the stairs inside entrance area. Private parking space in front of the home.

Tucked at the back of a long driveway, you'll enjoy the blackout shades and peaceful quiet location. Everything has been renovated and furnshings are completely new! Blocks from entertainment, restaurants, malls, and 4 hospitals are minutes away. A designated work space comes furnished with a printer and supplies and a washer/dryer are also provided.
