Our amazing Scottish home is just over an hours drive to Edinburgh or Glasgow and has many rural sights nearby too.

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

The Bankfoot Steading is a 200 year old converted steading offering a contemporary, luxury accommodation for two. Set in rural Perthshire, near Dunkeld, and surrounded by hills, woodland and arable farmland it is the perfect location to relax and unwind. Facilities include a luxury freestanding bath, rainfall shower, EV car charging, private outdoor space, rural location, log burning stove and Arran Aromatic products to enjoy in the bathroom. A self contained space for two accessed by stairs.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.
