The apartment is the same was announced and the condominium contemplates everything necessary to meet the stay if you do not stroll through the city one of the days. As it is located in the Olympic Park, it is a bit far away but to use transportation it is quiet as there are nearby BRT stations leading to the subway. The hostess was requested and served us with education and everything else. I recommend airbnb, even more for shows at Farmasi Arena.

Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use

Host always available and responsive. Location very well located, 1 minute from the beach. Building with a porter, great for security. Although there was no air conditioning, I had no heat problems in the dates I stayed, the maximum temperature was 30 degrees. I recommend and will host in the same location again. Our stay was excellent! Denis's apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, with a beautiful view and equipped with all the necessary utensils — highlighting the great refrigerator and stove. The place is very cozy and comfortable. We had a small issue with the bedroom lock and also with the shower, but Denis was super agile and helpful in the resolution. Another positive point was the condominium restaurant, which has live music. Denis always informed us carefully about the sights and menus of the day. I recommend the apartment and we will definitely return!

Rodrigo and his brother Marcelo are exemplary hosts. Impeccable apartment, everything properly organized, with towels for guests and condominium with great safety infrastructure, food, leisure area and gym. The property's location is also privileged, with exit very close to the avenue of the Americas. There are also some restaurants very close to walking (and also a market), which made our stay a lot easier. I highly recommend the property!

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

My first time in Rio and it was enough for me to fall in love with the city, we hear so much bad stuff, but I managed to see a Rio as wonderful as the music! I believe everything has a good side and a bad side, big cities have problems but that doesn't define them. Rio de Janeiro is a place that makes you fall in love, I have never felt this way in a city, I hope to come back soon to see other places because 4 days was very little rs About the stay in this apt, it was 10 out of 10, Luis is very good people and Edson (trustee) is a wonderful guy, helps in everything, super patient, good chat and made us comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the condominium pool but that didn't hurt our experience at all. You will find a clean, cozy apt, with everything you need to eat and a very quiet neighborhood, so we were driving so it wasn't bad things to be a few minutes away in the neighborhood. Thanks a lot!

Aline was simply amazing, taking away all our doubts and answering me quickly whenever she could. And her apartment simply perfect, very cozy, with all the necessary utensils, very good building, easy access, I felt at home. At first, before renting, I was in doubt about the sofa bed, but it's huge, the other two rooms are great too. All well organized, beautiful and fully met our expectations. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back.
