Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The Rafters is a finished studio space above our late 1800s barn. It has beautiful light and feels like a getaway as soon as you open the door. With the proximity to Portsmouth, NH and local attractions in Maine, you can escape to the Rafters, but with the ease of being so close to everything. Our neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk down to many spots that overlook the Piscataqua River. Or Uber home from a fun night in Portsmouth!

Dunelm Studio, Durham City

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.
