When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. Clean and safe LAPA48 is located in one of Lisbon's most stylish and smart neighborhoods, Janelas Verdes. This 18th Century apartment has been fully renovated with much care to detail and modern comforts. It overlooks a magnificent square and the Museum of Ancient Art. LAPA48 is a one bedroom apartment, large bathroom and open plan living, dining, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony with unique views of the river. Theres a great American "Crate & Barrel" Sofa bed in the living room, sleeps 2 (queen size). We provide a range of bathroom amenities so you don't have to travel with a suitcase full of liquids and that way you have much more space for souvenirs! We also provide magazine and books in case you fancy chilling out with a nice glass of wine and some funky music. The apartment also has a study corner with a computer. We are also BABY friendly. This means we everything a traveling mummy and daddy need. LAPA48 is walking distance from many interesting and typical restaurants. Easy access to all forms of transportation including typical Lisbon tram. The best way to discover Lisbon is by foot and LAPA48 is the perfect place to start from. Located close to the river and a 20 minute walk into Bairro Alto and Chiado you will discover the charm, warmth and uniqueness that the city of Lisbon has to offer. What makes LAPA48 unique is thats its been created to make you have the best experience possible. All the advice we give you as far as restaurants and where to go is solely based on our personal experience of the city. Guests have access to everything in the apartment. We have Washing powder and all sorts of things so no need to go out and buy things. All you need to do is concentrate on having a nice holiday and good time. There is also plenty of street parking. It costs 80 cents per hour from 09:00-18:00. Free on weekends and holidays. We are always available to welcome the guests and also to give them advice and support while they are here. Set in a friendly, walkable neighborhood, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from traditional restaurants, charming cafes, and bars. Pay a visit to one of the many museums and art galleries that pervade the area. Great bakery downstairs thats a must. There is a tram stop 3 minutes from the house and a bus stop on the square. It's walking distance to town and there is a wonderful garden in the museum. LX Factory is a short walk from the apartment and for those who like to run or ride bikes theres a great track by the river. The amazing French bakery downstairs and the very trendy arty neighbourhood. Good local restaurants with authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Oak Framed Home with Countryside Views

Get back in touch with nature at this luxury cabin nestled in a quiet hamlet. Find tranquility on the terrace surrounded by breathtaking views, or lounge amid thoughtful decor and chic modern finishes in the exposed oak beam interior. Blue Vale is brand new as of June 2018! We helped to design this green oak framed building and have been involved in the whole process of building it, doing much of it ourselves. For our colour scheme we have used different shades of blue throughout, playing on the name of Blue Vale. The furnishing and finishing touches are of a high standard to help promote a comfortable and luxurious finish. There is an eclectic style combining modern country with industrial finishes. Luxury, high thread cotton bedding and towels, large flat screen smart tv's and luxury Neals Yard toiletries help to give the top-end finishing touches we would appreciate if we stayed away from home. Blue Vale is completely self contained but sits in the grounds of our family home. The decked outdoor living space is screened by trellis on the garden side with fields on the other. You would be very welcome to walk around our garden. We can be as interactive as you wish. With living in the same grounds we are close at hand if needed. We will welcome you when you arrive but will be respectful of your privacy. The glorious Blackmore Vale landscape is a tapestry of farmed green fields with a sprinkling of English villages, of which Sandley is one. Walk out (or cycle, using our available bikes) onto country lanes and venture along a web of footpaths to discover this unspoilt part of Dorset. Visit Stourhead, stroll around the ancient towns of Sherborne or Shaftesbury or discover the beautiful Jurassic coast. Visit Longleat safari park, Haynes Motor Museum, Monkey world & Yeovilton Air Museum. Sandley is a quiet hamlet with the neighbouring village of Buckhorn Weston just a mile away. The Stapleton Arms pub can be found here. We are 10 minutes away from the towns of Gillingham and Wincanton where various supermarkets, shops and services are. There is a train station in Gillingham which has a direct route to London in less than 2 hours. The larger cities of Bath and Salisbury are less than an hours drive and it takes around an hour to drive to the beautiful Jurassic coastline. The historic towns of Shaftesbury and Sherborne are only 15 and 20 minutes away respectively. The quiet rural roads and bridleways of the Blackmore Vale are excellent for cycling and walking. Blue Vale is in the grounds of our family home. There is a one- bedroomed B&B facility on the ground floor of our home.
