Monthly Rentals in Dutch Kills, Queens

This place was amazing. I stayed here for three months and I had ZERO problems (other than a simple smoke detector battery replacement once I arrived). Paid in house laundry was great, TWO kitchens and TWO bathrooms - in which a cleaner comes in daily to clean!!! The AC in the room is very powerful, and there’s a big TV in the room (comes with Netflix). Location is simply unbeatable (20min to times square/big stations, 5min walk to different lines (N, R, Q, W, M), and like a 10min walk to Queens Plaza Station). Very nice overall.

It was great staying at Kat's place. Her mom and family were awesome. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was great! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance! And it's only about 25 mins to Manhattan by train. Train station is about 5 mins walk away. Will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend Kat's place.

Yves very helpful during the stays, he gave lots of guidance and tips. The place is exactly like the photos. Nice place, quiet surroundings in general, safe place to walk even at night. Easy to go to Manhattan, lots of restaurants which is nice!
