Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

The famous lakes of Copenhagen are the backdoor neighbors. 1 bedroom with a 2,7m wide bed, where 3 can sleep if necessary. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. There is free parking at the house and the bus to the city center takes 25 minutes and the bus runs 5 minutes from the house.

The property is well maintained and the neighbours are helpful.
