The dormitory in Wierum is a beautiful and cozy apartment with private sauna (for an additional fee), located in a former primary school 100m from the Wadden Sea. It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage, where you can intensely enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is surprisingly spacious (70m2) and can accommodate up to 5 people. Children can have fun on the trampoline, on the grass/soccer field and can also cuddle with our rabbits and guinea pigs.

At the top of the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

For day trips, you can be in Leeuwarden, Groningen or on Schiermonnikoog or Ameland within an hour. Have you ever been to the beautiful Dokkum? It is only 12 km away. Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Within 10 minutes, you can be in Dokkum, and within half an hour, you can be in Leeuwarden or Drachten. You can park for free at the forest, right next to the cottage. All basic facilities are available, and this allows you to fully relax and enjoy your stay in Rinsumageast!"

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).

You can also enjoy the magnificent nature.

The little hermit is located in the old romantic fishing village of Moddergat near the Waddendijk. It is hidden in a small garden, where you can enjoy the peace and the sun. There are many opportunities here for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. The Wadden Sea, full of birds and various smells and sounds, is always a fantastic experience.

Houseboat Maron is located in a quiet marina on the Lauwersmeer. With privacy, unobstructed views over the harbor and equipped with every comfort. Blanche and Maron are new boats with all the luxuries of home. Lauwersmeer National Park is also known as a "Dark Sky Area" because there is little ambient light, so you can see the stars beautifully!
