This is an old private house inn that initially opened as an accommodation facility for almost 100% inbound guests. We are renovating the semi-open-air bath inside the storehouse and the area around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the middle garden, and the back garden. Well water flows everywhere, and there is a stream that flows between the holy water basin, the ladle, the deer stone, and the stepping stones. The pot pond is home to koi, goldfish, medaka, conger eel, and river shrimp, and it is a biotope space visited by wild birds. ■ Check-in lounge (cafe/lounge area), souvenir corner ■ You can enjoy authentic cocktails on the ground floor of the annex (main building). Goyang Forest is a lodging with 7 cats and 1 dog. ***In particular, the autumn forest is a 2-person accommodation where you can stay with cats, and it is not suitable for those who hate cats (you can give food or water depending on the situation ^ ^) They are gentle and follow people well. It includes a private private deck where you can enjoy a barbecue and fire pit even in the rain (please bring firewood or buy it at the accommodation). Loft on top of a machiya

This is a unique loft space on top of a rare 3 floors machiya located on the central island of Kyoto. On the top floor of HASU former ryokan, we have designed an ensuite appartement with 2 rooms that are like 2 small houses. One room is located on the East side, and the other on the West side, they both have their own shower. The house was renovated in 2020 in order to offer an authentic experience in an ancient ryokan, with a contemporary comfort.
