Before check in The host was always quick to respond to our questions and needs prior to our stay and provided a precise response to help us resolve many of our queries effectively. -------------------------------- Checking in 1. Space & Facilities The common space is large enough to accommodate multiple people at the same time for chat and social needs.The overall environment is comfortable and kept clean and tidy. There are plenty of toilets and bathrooms to cater for the use of multiple guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs.Also, the open kitchen is designed to allow people to interact with other guests, even if they are busy cooking, without missing any chat moments. 2. Location The homestay is about 10 minutes on foot from Kitacho Peaku, and the transportation is convenient. The surrounding area has multiple dining options, including restaurants with food trucks, and is walkable to Lawson convenient store for good living. 3. Service staff The host was greeted in person, friendly, and made people feel like friends, without a sense of distance.It was always quick to respond and help when we raised our needs, which was really appreciated. -------------------------------- Check out Our mobile bus is scheduled to depart at 3pm, well past Check-out time.The host generously offered the living room as a luggage drop off area and open space for us to rest and use the toilet.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your thoughtfulness and tolerance as this may have impacted the timeframe of the housekeeping. -------------------------------- Wrap up This is an extremely comfortable choice to stay with impeccable performance in every way.I would be more than happy to stay at this quality homestay again!

Incredibly amazing stay - very happy with the entire process. Host was very kind and understanding for our group. There might be slight initial confusion when trying to find the villa, as there are 2 sets of white villas at Niseko, and this one is just around the corner from the 1st set of houses. The instructions to find where to go were in the instruction packet given by the host, confusion was entirely on our part. Overall 10/10 experience with great amenities!

It was nice that the bedroom was spacious and beautiful, and the futon was fluffy.Thank you very much.I'd love to use it again.

Amazing hosts that went way out of their way to accommodate! They had great recommendations for what to see and try out! We're looking forward to staying again!

With the first time skiing in Japan and most foreigners for the first time to see the snow in the first place, I had a lot of good memories in a nice accommodation.Even 12 people were able to relax and spacious!The owner and his wife were also very kind people.

We were not going to make it to the accommodation until later in the evening. We let the host know and they were very responsive and understanding. Given the directions from the host and using Google maps, it was very easy to find even in the dark. The house was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. Western toilet and in ground bathtub were a plus. We didn't stay long but we definitely enjoyed it!

It was easy to come and go by shuttle bus from the slopes, so the room was very beautiful because it was newly built.The owner contacted us very quickly, friendly, and easy to understand.

This was my second stay at Aranya Greens, and it was just as exceptional as the first—if not better! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel at home. Our group of 6 adults loved our stay at Birch Cabin. Would certainly recommend having a car, despite proximity to skii slopes, as the walk looked arduous. In our case, with a car, we had a great time with no issues. The place was as great as it looked.

We used it for a total of 5 people, 2 adults, 3 children.I was worried about using Airbnb itself for the first time until the day of the day, but there was a detailed follow up before check-in and check-out, and I was able to use it with great peace of mind.The surrounding scenery and onsen were especially excellent.The children were also very happy and made for a good spring break trip.I will stay again if I have the opportunity.

The host was very kind and responded quickly, so I was able to stay comfortably ~ The house was sensational, clean, and most importantly, it was nice that the heating and hot water were good even though it was a house ~ Thanks to you, I had a great time.

Our stay at Shabir bhai's houseboat was truly exceptional. Despite arriving ill, I felt immediately at ease thanks to his warm hospitality. Shabir bhai created a comfortable, disturbance-free environment with all necessary amenities for my parents and me. His homemade meals were delicious, and the morning shikara ride he arranged was delightful. What stood out most was Shabir bhai's honest advice about places to visit, which was refreshingly free from the commission-based recommendations we'd encountered elsewhere in Kashmir. Thanks to his suggestion, we discovered the beautiful Badamwari, which wasn't originally on our itinerary. This hidden gem became a highlight of our trip. For anyone seeking a genuine, hospitable experience on Dal Lake, Shabir bhai's houseboat is the perfect choice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, Shabir bhai ❤️

The ski resort is right in front of you, and there is also a drying room, which is convenient and comfortable, so it will be your second time using it.There was heavy snow this year, but the road to the building was also removed, so I was relieved. Lloyd, the host, was flexible with check-in, checkout, and shopping at the supermarket, which was helpful.The kids love it.

Seven friends have been having fun. I loved the barbecue area.

Its a great place, The host is extremely Warm & Helpful, They Helped us , when we were stuck Because of the snow, Came & Picked us up, which was very helpful of them to do so. Amazing Location, Away from the rush of major Tourist area. Good place to just Eat RELAX & ENJOY the Woods & Snow. Rooms are very warm & comfortable, Service is also good & Food was also good (limited options But taste was very good) Overall we had a great time!

This house is absolutely amazing!! It's exactly like the pictures, truly a dream home. The decor inside is exquisite, with each item carefully chosen by the owner from around the world. Every detail is thoughtful and unique. I highly recommend this place, 5 stars without a doubt!

Saurabh has been a very nice host to us And this property is absolutely amazing and I have no words to describe how much you will enjoy staying in this cabin , for anyone who is looking for some time off and want to spend a private vacation on the hills , This is the perfect property with a great host Me and My partner had an amazing time there and We are willing to go back again very soon Its very near to the main tourist attractions and the market aswel Moreover He offered us a private rooftop and a bonfire plus. Very accommodating place as it also has a kitchen for a long term tenant I will highly recommend this property and it’s worth every money spent to rent and live in here.
