This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.

The resort includes year round excitement including 5 golf courses, restaurants, skiing, hiking trails, and multiple indoor/outdoor pools. The town itself has unique shops as well as great local food and beverage options. Bellaire is also near popular destinations including Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Sommer's Retreat

Sommer's Retreat is a year round northwoods cabin nestled in the pines and surrounded by a 300 acre nature preserve. Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets. The cabin is a spacious two story retreat that will sleep 6 in two bedrooms and a loft. Guests have access to cabin wifi.

Gunther’s Cottage -Nostalgic,Historic,downtown

The restoration and preservation of this unique Airbnb is finished! One of the oldest surviving structures in the area. It was a “Tin Shop & Stoves” store in the late 1800’s since then it has been a General Store and private residence. It is now a private Airbnb cottage where you can stay with all the comforts of a “couple’s retreat” along with a candy shop/store just for guests to experience the nostalgia of interacting with a historic General Store.

We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.
