Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

We are next to a horse farm where you can relax before sight-seeing. There is a separate entrance to this private 800 square foot lower level suite, so come and go as you want. It is perfect for couples looking to enjoy Lancaster County. There is a spacious bathroom and 2 queen beds with plenty of room to relax.

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. Several restaurants and conveniences within 1 mile. Great neighborhood setting in a safe area. Large open space with a lot of natural light. NO PETS are allowed but a reputable kennel is 1/2 mile away. No events or gatherings allowed. NO TRAILERS allowed.
