Welcome to this stylish little jewel of tranquility, centrally located flat, in the heart of the west end of Glasgow. Our attic flat has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a small family e.g 2 adults & an infant. The blonde sandstone, category A listed townhouse is around 170 years old. There are about 74 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 22 step spiral stair at the end) and there isn’t a lift. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are about 100yds away.
