It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is in the heart of the Sussex countryside amongst the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. There is an outside space to sit and relax. The barn is spacious and sociable. There is a working forge just by the barn. Occasionally there will be farriers making shoes and wrought iron pieces. You will see evidence of this around the garden with beautiful balls.

The self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, located next to the owners home and surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored.
