Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

The quaint town of East Tawas is only minutes away that offers wonderful shops & restaurants. Tawas beach (Lake Huron) is less than 2 miles away. Weather permitting, you can have a camp fire in the back yard. Very close to ORV trails and events . Lake Saint Helen has a beach, fishing pier and beautiful sun sets .
