The Canopy House—Remodeled Vermont A-Frame Near Downtown

Our group of five people really enjoyed a week getaway at the Canopy A-frame. The location is great; private enough to enjoy the hot tub in the backyard while also a quick drive into Stowe or Von Trapp. We also spent a day at Bolton Valley which was 30 min away. The A-frame had a lot of character and was tastefully decorated with a fun, bohemian decor. The kitchen had pretty much everything you’d expect. When we come back to Stowe we will definitely consider returning to Ryan’s place.

Elaine’s place is one we will utilize in the future. The Airbnb was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size with plenty of appliances. The family room was large with plenty of space to sit or lay down. The sound system was awesome, and included several speakers. The bed was super comfy and the blackout curtains allowed there to be no light in the room in the morning. One of our favorite touches was the dart board that could be used. This place is super close to Sunday River, and very private.

This was our third stay in three consecutive years at Frank and Nadia’s beautiful chalet. You can see my previous reviews also on Airbnb. The chalet is huge and beautiful. One of the en suite bedrooms is located on the ground (main) floor and this was great for us travelling with an older family member who has some mobility issues. Saint Michel des Saints is a magical, beautiful, immaculately maintained small town in gorgeous surroundings. The golf course is absolutely stunning and the management so kind and welcoming even if you aren’t pro and don’t have all the right ‘golf wear’ ! Very refreshing from most other golf clubs. We played twice. We also rented a pontoon from the town which was a lovely experience and highly recommended.

This 2 story townhouse in Stowe Village was the perfect home base for our visit, offering both comfort and convenience. Located just steps from shops and restaurants, we loved being able to explore the charming village without needing to drive. The townhouse itself has a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze, along with a spacious dining and living area that provided plenty of room. The layout was ideal for gathering, whether enjoying a home-cooked meal or simply unwinding in the cozy living space. Communicating with Kim was very easy and she was super to work with. The home has comfortable mattresses & bedding ensuring restful nights. The townhouse was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The combination of its prime location, welcoming ambiance, and thoughtful amenities made for a truly enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Stowe VT.

Highly recommend Kaylee’s place, particularly for families with young kids looking for a large and comfortable space with very close proximity to Smugglers Notch. Kaylee was highly responsive and accommodating. We will look to stay here again for our next trip to Smugglers Notch.

Great For Large Groups with Hot Tub

Linda is an excellent host. The house itself was perfect for our needs. We had 7 adults and two dogs and everyone had plenty of space. The house is suitable for a ski family. Linda was quick to respond when we needed a shovel (8 inches of lovely snow). We arrived in the evening and did not realize there was a shovel available but Linda had one bought over anyway. Linda also recommended a few restaurants. We highly recommend the Bistro at 10 Acres. It was the perfect vibe after a day on the slopes. Excellent food, a warm and cozy atmosphere and our server was a delight. We hope to do this all over again next year. I would recommend making dinner reservations well in advance of your stay.

Wendi’s place was absolutely incredible. Extremely clean, beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Perfect location. Everything we could have wanted ans more. We had an issue with a beeping fire alarm one day, and when I notified Wendi about it, someone came and fixed it immediately. That was so special. Thank you Wendi!

The house was exactly as advertised. It is spacious and clean and perfect. Loved the neighborhood with a short walk to the lake. Was great to walk the dog around there also and the huge backyard was nice. Very private with only neighbors on one side. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back.

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

This property was awesome we were all very happy with the location, amenities, price and host. Hillary was polite and very helpful. This trip almost didn’t happen as our previous reservation was canceled 12 hours before check in from a different host. Luckily Hillary saved the week with her quick response time and answering questions about sleeping situations etc. would stay here again in a heart beat highly recommend!

This is a gem of a place. Very close to where we wanted to bird hunt. Access to ATV trails (be respectful and drive slow on access/shared roads). All that you need is in this place. We stayed in Cabin #1. As she mentioned just bring a towel and toiletries. We ate out all the time. Breakfast and lunch at Bingham General Store. Dinner at Patrick’s Pub one night, next night at Kennebec River Brewing. We’ll be back for sure.

A Magical Cabin Experience Our stay at this rustic cabin captivated us from the start. The warm exterior lighting at night created a fairytale ambiance. Spacious and beautifully decorated, the cabin featured a large stone fireplace for cozy evenings. Authentic yet modern wooden interiors, clean and well-maintained, provided everything we needed. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for relaxation. Stepping outside at night, we were amazed by the stunningly clear sky and even caught a glimpse of Orion’s Belt. The outdoor deck and seating area offered peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing retreat. We had a wonderful March break stay with friends and children at Chantal's. The house was fantastic, pristine and very well equipped and the area very peaceful. It was also a great point from which to enjoy a variety of activities (e.g., ski, stroll in Val David,...). I would give a 6-star rating for my stay at Chantal's!
