Holiday rentals with a patio in Eastvale

What a great place to stay at and what an amazing host! The apartment was very clean and complete. Photos really show what you get. Location is great with easy great access to the Pike, Convention Center, and downtown Long Beach. No need to use your car! Acces instructions were clear and concise and app worked flawlessly. Zach is the most responsive and accommodating host. We loved our experience and recommend this place! Thanks Zach!!!

Fantastic spot in LB only a short stroll to the beach. Stayed here with our daughter for a couple of nights to explore area, loved Retro Row and walking the beachfront. Home we'll equipped with everything you need and fully stock kitchen made homemade tacos perfect!!!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

Duane is a wonderful host and a good communicator. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. The apartment is in a well-established, quiet area.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

This gem in Belmont Shores was great for a quick getaway. Walkable to the beach and second street which has some of the best restaurants in LB! The backyard space was so lovely and home was extremely clean. We used the backyard space everyday and probably spent more time outside than inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer dryer was great. All you need to purchase is food at this place.

This home is perfect for any type of business trips for a group. Amazing host and always quick to respond to any of our needs.

Perfect Weekend Getaway! It was so peaceful, beautiful & relaxing. The pictures do not do justice on how amazing the house look inside & out. Can't wait to come back again. It was only 5 minute drive to village. I do wish the jacuzzi (spa) was more private, it was in view of the neighbors patio, no trees or anything blocking it. Other than that everything was a dream!

Very clean and welcoming place. Had everything we needed and host was very communicative and helpful. they accommodated us very well. 100% would recommend this house to anyone visiting Long Beach.

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! Great place, really clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive and friendly, even though we didn’t need anything they answered a couple of questions immediately and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything. This place was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of the town, would recommend staying here.

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

I LITERALLY LOVE Justin and Kristi!! From the second I arrived, everything was beyond perfect. The view was absolutely breathtaking I still can’t get over it! I’m SO SO SO thankful for everything they did, especially for making my birthday so incredibly special. They even got me BALLOONS! in tears, it meant the world, thank you for your kindness and beautiful home. I’m just so beyond grateful. God bless you guys and all your family! Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more. What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
