Holiday rentals with a patio in Riverside County

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

We loved staying at this mid-century Ocotillo gem. The space was bright and beautiful, and the pool relaxing and fun. It was great to walk exploring the Twin Palms neighborhood and the golf course trails towards the south. It was also convenient to have the Koffi cafe around the corner and various restaurants and other services near by. We highly recommend it!

Timothy and Connie’s place was perfect for us. We felt right at home . It was clean, well Equipped and cozy. Connie was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying in their place!

Legacy Villas…great place to unwind and relax. Lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from…none of which were overly busy, which was nice. There is a nice walking path around the perimeter of the property at the base of the mountains that surround the back half of the property. The place was neat and clean. All the amenities in the kitchen you need to make meals. We spent most of our time on the outside patio. The patio furniture could definitely use an update or a deep cleaning. The cushions on the sectional are well used and not overly clean with lots of stains. Other than that a great place to stay!

Very spacious, quiet, and extremely well-equipped down to the such details as aluminum foil, food items, facial tissue in every room, plastic storage bags, flashlight, etc. They have thought of everything a guest might want. Saved me from buying things that i would only have used a small part of. Very spacious and well furnished flagstone patio with a mountain view. The hosts were always very responsive. Only about 15 minutes from the tennis garden.

Cute place in Desert Hot Springs. Very comfy bed! The standout was the soaking tub with all the essential oils, epson salts to soak in at night!

We really loved our stay at Alexandra’s airbnb in Palm Springs. The condo was clean, inviting, and filled with what we needed, and the community had two nearby pools and hot tubs. Alexandra was very helpful and friendly and even accommodated us with several coffee makers when we asked about one! We were met upon arrival and Alexandria checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo is situated close to a grocery, has easy access to town and has beautiful mountain views just out the windows. We highly recommend this property and hope to return

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

Very responsive host and very spacious place. Backyard area was great for lounging.

Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house directions were very complete. The outdoor space was beautiful and we had a hard time leaving that area!

Great location especially for tennis at Indian Wells. Very private bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Never had chance to use pool given chilly weather but looked great.

Great duplex within walking distance to many LGBTQ hot spots. Large hot tub, full kitchen and BBQ. Owners are so kind by saying “Lumber yard type notices” but it was minimal at best. You can hear to boyz hooping and hollering at Tool Shed some nights but expand your horizons and join them. Great stay. Great property.

We felt like we stayed in our own mini-resort! The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect temperatures and sizes. We really enjoyed all the games and activities in the garage and garden. The house was spacious and very comfortable for our active family and dog. Greg was very nice and always responded soon. Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying here! And we have to say this is probably our favorite ABB. Being able to see the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom coupled with a five minute walk down to the beach was the perfect spot for our annual retreat. Aaron’s home is fully stocked, very cozy/comfortable and just a mile or so from several grocery stores, JD Flannel (best donuts ever) and a good coffee (Better Buzz). Also this may not matter to most people, but we loved having night lights in the bathroom. It’s been a small amenity that I wish most ppl had at hotels and ABBs. It demonstrated how thoughtful Aaron is when thinking about how his guests will interact with home! Thanks again for hosting Aaron we will be back soon ☀️💛

Ryan was an amazing host! We really appreciated the thoughtful extra touches! The pool and hot tub were right outside the door and they were not busy at all. It is a beautiful condo complex. It was a close drive to downtown. We had a great stay, thank you!

We fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in the door. The mid century decor was adorable. Beds and linens were comfy. Lots of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies were there. When we opened the cutlery drawer we were tickled "gold". The views from this second floor unit were of the mountains and palms. Citrus trees were in the Villa. The heated pools were a good temperature, just right. You are a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Downtown. Justin let us know about road blockages near us for NYE and for the Film Festival which was much appreciated. Our time flew by and we wanted to stay but work was calling to us to return.

My wife and I stayed at Tim's condo for the month of February. From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made the right choice. The unit was very clean and had some updates which were nice (kitchen/bathroom). It was nicely appointed. The patio is amazing! The views are breathtaking. Barry Manilow's house is just a few thousand feet away on the hill and we enjoyed waiving to him every morning. We can't say he waived back but it's cool none the less to stay in a place where that guy is your neighbor. The grounds are amazing. The pools and spas are nice. We used the pickleball courts often. The people in the complex were very pleasant. You're only a five minute drive to downtown but it's very peaceful here. When we had any needs, Tim was very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. We'd highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Diana & Terry's place was great. The location is convenient and easy to find. Communication from our first contact to our departure was clear. They were welcoming and gave us a tour upon our arrival. The condo is spacious, clean, logically laid out, and well supplied. Our questions were answered quickly. We will definitely stay in one of their places again. Thank you, Diana & Terry!

We had an amazing stay at Mimosagroove! The apartment was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic, with plenty of local attractions nearby. Ray and Tiffany were fantastic host's, super responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Check-in was a breeze, and they provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area, and I would absolutely love to stay again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Crystal was an excellent house and the home was exceptionally clean. Location in Palm Desert is very central.

Steve was very reachable and very helpful. Place was simple and clean and a great location near downtown, golfing, hiking, walking and resturaunts. I would certainly stay here again.
